Systemic Coach & Sustainability Partner

With 20 years of international experience in corporate sustainability, leadership and transformation, I support people and organisations in navigating change and making progress with intention. I’m a certified systemic coach with 220h of DCV-standard training (2011), complemented by 200h of ICF-accredited training in transformational, executive, team and career coaching (2024–26). As a former Head of Sustainability in global companies across different industries, I understand the pressures and opportunities of leading in complex systems. Having lived and worked in 15 countries and travelled to 50+, I know what it means to move through transitions. Professionally and personally. What I bring: structure and empathy, strategic thinking and deep listening, international perspective and real-world experience. In German and English.
